We are looking for a part time, contemporary worship leader who has a deep love for God and His Word, can lead our congregation in worship that is both heartfelt and grounded in truth, views all of life as an act of worship, and inspires others to do the same.

Position Summary
Working with our Lead Pastor, the Worship Leader plans and coordinates the worship elements for the Sunday morning service, as well as other special services (Christmas Eve, Easter Sunrise, etc.), and is responsible for the preparation and leadership of our Worship Team and audio/visual/streaming equipment.
Specific Responsibilities
- Plan worship for Sunday morning services with input and direction from the Lead Pastor and provide strategic insight into the overall worship environment of our church.
- Provide oversight and leadership of the Worship Team, including recruitment, development, and discipleship.
- Conduct regular rehearsals with the Worship Team to prepare for Sunday services.
- Maintain instruments, sound, visual, and streaming equipment.
- Attend staff meetings and planning meetings with the Lead Pastor as scheduled.
- Prepare and maintain annual worship ministry budget.
Experience and Qualifications
- Committed follower of Jesus.
- Agreement with the mission, values, vision, and beliefs of Grace Church.
- Proficient in leading worship vocally and instrumentally
- Strong planning and organizational abilities while thinking creatively
- Ability to lead and build unity across generations.
