The ideal candidate will have a deep love for God's Word, a passion for preaching, and a commitment to leading a growing, multi-generational congregation in spiritual growth and service.
Qualifications:
- Ordained minister within the Southern Baptist Convention
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Divinity, or a related field
- Strong commitment to Southern Baptist doctrine and the Baptist Faith & Message
- Gifted in biblical preaching and teaching
- A heart for pastoral care, evangelism, and missions
- Able to lead and inspire a congregation, fostering unity and spiritual growth
