Mt Elam Baptist Church is actively seeking a full time Youth Pastor. We are searching for full time, but bi-vocational could be considered. We believe in reaching and making an impact for future generations. Responsibilities for this position include providing oversight to the youth and children's minsitries, teaching and leading youth on a weekly basis, organizing events, camps and other outreach opporunities, as well as being involved in the lives of our teenagers.
Mt Elam is situated in rural southeastern NC. We are within a 20 minutes drive from Dunn, Benson, Clinton and Fayetteville, which means there are a lot of stores, locations, attractions that are accessible with only a short drive. Our church has a long history of being a beacon to the community. We are known for Biblical preaching, traditional worship, youth ministries, outreach to the community and missions' programs.
