Position Summary: The God ordained man who fills this full-time position will work mainly with middle school through high school students (6th-12th Grade) and oversee a college student ministry. We are seeking a faithfully motivated, energetic leader with a servant’s heart to shepherd our youth, alongside their parents, through their formative years and equip them to submit to our Lord in all areas of life and to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, helping them to become disciples of Jesus Christ as they enter adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, direct, conduct, and evaluate a comprehensive ministry for grades 6-12, fostering spiritual growth and discipleship.
*Share Christ with lost and unchurched youth, leading them to salvaOon and true discipleship, helping them to grow spiritually, and provide opportuniOes for their Christian ministry.
*Counsel youth related to their spiritual life and discipleship, college choice, vocaOon selecOon, life-mate choices, social and family relaOonships, etc.
*Recruit, train, and mentor adult volunteers for the youth ministry.
*Lead Bible studies each Sunday and Wednesday teaching sound doctrine.
*Organize outreach events, mission trips, and fellowship activities.
*Engage with local schools, FCA, and community events to expand the ministry’s outreach
*Incorporate and oversee a ministry of developing intergenerational relationships within the church family.
*Provide opportunities to help strengthen church and community families, marriages, and parenting relationships through workshops, roundtables, seminars, and other community events
*Assist the Senior Pastor in the visitation of guests and members and develop/oversee the greeting and assimilation of guests to the church

Qualifications:
*Strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a passion for student ministry.
*Completed or actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in ministry, education, or related field.
*Passion for the glory of God, youth, discipleship, sharing the Gospel, apologetics, generational connectivity, and community.
*Strong organizational, communication, social media, and relational skills
Additional Responsibilities:
*Participate in church-wide events, Staff/Deacon meetings, and planning sessions.
*Maintain a consistent presence in students and families lives through church activities, school functions, and community engagement.
*Be actively involved in personal spiritual growth and professional development.
*Ability to work effectively with a team and build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and volunteers.
