Coordinate Discipleship Ministry:
- Work with the children’s committees to plan and organize a regularly scheduled discipleship ministry for children and preschoolers, including Sunday School, children’s church, Sunday evenings, and Wednesday nights.
- Utilize volunteers and lay leaders to accomplish these roles, as this is a part-time position.

Serve as AWANA Commander:
- Take on the role of AWANA Commander or a similar position for Sunday evenings.
- Communicate with all AWANA volunteers.

Support VBS Director:
- Equip and empower the Vacation Bible School (VBS) director to ensure that the VBS ministry aligns with the church’s objectives.

Maintain a Safe Environment:
- Ensure that each volunteer meets the requirements of the church's child protection policy, maintaining a safe environment for all children involved in the ministry.

Communication:
- Keep parents and the congregation informed through bulletins, newsletters, the church website, email, and other communication methods.
