Calvary Baptist Church of Arcadia is prayfully seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to serve a medium-sized, multigenterational, conservative, mission-minded Southern Baptist Church. Arcadia ia a rural, agricultural, family-friendly community in southwest Florida, and our church enjoys blended worship on Sundays with active mid-week ministies.
The ideal candidate is a pastor-musician who loves the local church, develops volunteers, and crafts services that are bibically faithful, Spirit-led, and aligned with our mission. Primary duties include planning and leading worship; overseeing the music ministry ( band and praise team); recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers ( including tech/AVL) ; coordinating seasonal services and special events; and providing pastoral care in partnership with the Lead Pastor and staff. Proficiency in voice plus guitar or keys is preferred, along with familiarilty with tools such as Planning Center and ProPresenter. Candidates shoud joyfully affirm the Baptist Faith & Message (2000) and model Christian maturity.
