The Lexington Baptist Association is prayerfully seeking a visionary and servant-hearted Associational Mission Strategist/Executive Director to help lead our churches in gospel-centered kingdom cooperation. We are a distinct network of 74 Southern Baptist Churches. We are located in the midlands of South Carolina in Lexington County, one of the fasting growing counties in the state. We are committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through healthy churches, missional engagement, church planting, and biblical leadership.
Qualifications:
- A clear call to ministry with a passion for local church health, mission-mindedness, and discipleship multiplication.
- Proven experience in pastoral ministry and/or associational leadership.
- Strong relational and communication skills and a faithful expositor of God’s Word.
- Commitment to leader health, church planting/revitalization, and kingdom cooperation.
- Alignment with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000)
