Senior Pastor

Cedar Shoals Baptist Church is located in Enoree, SC. Conveniently located near I-26 in Spartanburg County. Our area and Church are growing rapidly and we are looking to hire a full time Senior Pastor. 

This posistion would require office hours. Typical office hours would be 4 weekdays (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) 9:00am until 3:00pm. 

Our Worship Services are currently on Sunday morning at 10:30 am and Wednesday Prayer Service at 6:30pm.

Experience: 

The ideal candidate would have education from an accredited institution and experience in the role of Pastor. 

Other Duties: 

As Senior Pastor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the spritual growth and development of the congregation. Including:

• Preaching Services and teaching.
• Worship leadership.
• Pastoral care: Guidance, support and counseling to individuals and families in time of need. 
• Mentoring and equipping church leaders and volunteers for effective ministry.
• Providing support and guidance during times of crisis or conflict within the congregation.
• Offering comfort, counseling and support to individuals and families who have experienced loss.
• Christian counseling to individuals seeking guidance biblically. 

Salary Range:

$60,000 to $80,0000
