Good Hope Baptist Church of Saluda, South Carolina is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Youth and Young Adults. We desire a man grounded in God’s Word who is outgoing and energetic. This position will focus on discipleship for the next generation and building relationships through community outreach. Under the guidance of the senior pastor, the associate pastor will also assist in visiting the sick and shut-ins, maintaining weekly office hours, and preaching in the absence of the senior pastor.
We support the Baptist Faith and Message Statement. Our preference is a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Ministry or a related field. We also prefer someone with experience in leading youth or children’s programs. This is a salary position including a four bedroom parsonage conveniently located a half mile from the church.
